Powell is a long time Swarovski collaborator and worked with technicians at the firm’s Austrian headquarters to bring her vision to life—a solid crystal with a 6-inh heel and 221 facets. A team of eight worked on the development and creation of the shoes, taking approximately 150 hours and six versions.
