Yin, who joined Swarovski as a store manager in 2000, is a great team leader and role model who motivates by her professionalism, experience, and innovation. She was promoted to Area Manager in 2013 and has succeeded in opening more than 40 stores. Yin Yin’s team has delivered fantastic results in recent years, including record figures in 2016. Under her leadership, Grand Gateway Store in Shanghai also won the honor of being the China’s leading store.
What does this Award mean to you?
This award is a great affirmation for me and it is a major milestone in my life.
What do you like most about your job at Swarovski?
What I like most is to explore new markets, keep pushing sales peaks, and make even more customers love Swarovski and feel the brand charm. I am trying to improve myself constantly.
When you think back on your career at Swarovski so far, what accomplishments are you most proud of?
My annual highlight is the time around Christmas. Every year, we have a Christmas lighting event to attract even more customers and my team and I constantly go above and beyond to hit new sales records every year.
What would you advice a colleague who has just started working in your team?
Learn, integrate, take up challenges, and improve yourself constantly.
