He has increased employees’ awareness of safety matters, takes note of feedback from colleagues that alert possible areas of improvement, and immediately looks for a solution to solve the issue. What does this award mean to you?
For me, the award is something very special and I consider it a great honor. It makes me feel really appreciated and assures me that the work I am doing for Swarovski is good and right.
What is responsible behavior for you?
To me, responsible behavior means recognizing problems and finding solutions for them. Acting dutifully is my top priority. This involves setting a good example and behaving in an exemplary manner. Taking a considerate approach to one another and interacting as equals enables us to behave responsibly as a team.
What do you like most about your job at Swarovski?
The work is very diverse. Above all, I enjoy the collaboration with all the different areas within Swarovski as a company. The cooperative action between internal departments and the various external firms is so much fun and I find it very enriching.
What is your favorite Swarovski product?
I was impressed by the black Swarovski bull that I treated myself to for my 50th birthday. Until today, this product remains full of energy, passion, and elegance.
