The YVY collaboration with Swarovski was inspired by “the androgynous coolness” of Modernist designer Eileen Gray, and saw sleek leather contrasted with glittering accents. Each look shimmered down the catwalk, creating a striking play of light that Reichmuth wanted to be “a little tongue-in-cheek.”

Highlights of the show included a leather bustier with a crystal insert playfully peeking through, and a sweeping wide-brim headpiece with a fully crystallized underside. Reichmuth’s trademark aesthetic combines traditional craft with a modern twist, resulting in eye-catching black leather looks shot through with shimmering Swarovski crystals, including a tee-and-trousers co-ord and a dramatic cape.
