Originally from Tokyo, Suzuki began his career with the Japanese art studio Maywa Denki, which sparked his passion for music and technology. Suzuki pursued further studies at the Royal College of Art in London, working on projects for Yamaha while in school. He established an independent studio in London, creating sound art pieces that have been exhibited around the world. He is currently a professor at the Royal College of Art and London and also develops work for Disney, Panasonic, and Google. In 2014, New York’s Museum of Modern Art acquired Suzuki’s work OTOTO and Color Chaser as part of its permanent collection.
