The 2011 ANDAM winner and two-time Collective member Anthony Vaccarello, demonstrated the ease in which Swarovski crystal was used to compliment his signature Parisian aesthetic. For S/S 2013 Vaccarello draped panels of crystal mesh across the body to create show stopping, asymmetric dresses, shown during Paris Fashion Week.
AW 2014 COLLECTION
For Autumn/Winter 2014 Anthony Vaccarello was inspired by Tony Viramontes, the 1980s illustrator. Swarovski crystal was applied to a simple palette of red and black as Vaccarello created a collection that was abstract and sculptural. The designer’s signature androgynous aesthetic was evident in the form of casually styled cigarette pants paired with black leather jackets; a look we can expect to see worn by the Parisian designer’s devoted followers.
