people awards
Every year, we hold the Swarovski Spirit Awards to celebrate employees’ achievements in delivering our vision, living our values and adding sparkle to people’s everyday lives. We also recognize employees’ achievements in key areas including leadership, business growth and innovation. Hundreds of nominees make it through to the annual shortlist, which is shared with the Executive Board, who are deciding on the winners.
In 2015, we received 500 nominations (2% of our employees) from every country and region, and recognized 15 employees with ‘Shooting star’ awards, presented by our Executive Board at a special ceremony in Austria.
swarovski employee survey
The Swarovski Employee Survey, conducted on a global scale, is yet another milestone toward our vision of becoming an attractive employer, as it measures levels of engagement and enablement across our organization.
The survey is a great way for our employees to share their views on what it is like working at Swarovski so the organization can understand what it is doing well and what can be improved. In October 2012, the first Swarovski Employee Survey was conducted globally, achieving an excellent response rate of 74%, the second survey run in October 2014 achieved an increase 80% participation rate.
