For Sales Consultants who wish to specialize in these subjects: Styling, Watches, Crystal Living, and Spirit. Additional training to assist with delivering training, help other stores, drive the business in their area of expertise, and to be a spokesperson.

Gain more in-depth knowledge, including retail updates, new information, seasonal trends, and customer service.

Career paths may lead to the Drive Management area to become an Assistant Store Manager or a Store Manager. The different levels of training include: Discover Management, Develop Management, and Advance Management.
