The welcome experience
The Welcome Experience is just one piece of the onboarding process - first impressions count! It is a relaxed and open environment where new employees learn more about the rich history of Swarovski, Swarovski as a multi-faceted business and an overview of our career philosophy, our culture and also employee benefits. The new employee can touch and feel the products and ask questions. A wall canvas or “Welcome Experience Wall” can be signed at the end of the day committing the new employee to a long and successful career with Swarovski.
