You can look forward to a challenging role in our dynamic Visual Merchandising & Event Design team, which is responsible for the design and management of the brand’s appearance at all events around the world. It is in this context that you will take responsibility for the logistical implementation of demanding projects. As a specialist in the field, you will be responsible for the continual development of the logistics and maintenance services, and will also be tasked with the following:

  • Logistical coordination of attendance at trade fairs, one-off shows, and various events
  • Placing orders for trade fair infrastructure, accreditation, and travel arrangements
  • Coordination of assembly teams and logistics partners
  • Sourcing in coordination with Corporate Procurement, as well as checking and monitoring of all purchase invoices
  • Ordering services and production
  • Preparing transport documents and customs papers for “temporary export” (ATA Carnet)


A motivated, quality-driven personality that can see the bigger picture thanks to their holistic thinking, and who is characterized by their communicative and friendly way of working. In addition to a strong hands-on approach and persuasive nature, the ideal candidate should also have the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ professional experience in a project-based logistics environment (events)
  • Technical or business training
  • Interface management with numerous internal and external partners
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable
  • Very good level of German and English

Our actual salaries are market competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into account.

NOTE TO CLIENT: given that the company is celebrating its 125th Anniversary in 2020 we have assumed that 120 should be changed to 125 accordingly.
