Trade Marketing Manager

The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy to drive sales and promote brand awareness of the B2B elements business of Swarovski. As Trade Marketing Manager you will collaborate with Key Account Managers on customer account planning and programming to support branded customers focusing on the following segments: Apparel & Accessories, Jewelry &  Watches. In this role you will also collaborate with brand (customer) to develop marketing activities and programs for the segment with key customers. These may include special events, retail consumer experiences, trade shows and POS promotions to drive and influence sales. Responsibilities include:

  • Gather, analyze and interpret market information by executing market research, constant monitoring of market/segment developments, structuring internal and external data to share with customers and utilize for pitch presentations
  • Forecast and manage marketing budget for the apparel & accessories, jewelry & watches
  • Communicate and share segment information regularly with all relevant team members within the sales organization
  • Act as the interface between the regional organization and global marketing team for product and segment specific topics
  • Manage branding and communications programs

The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated self-starter with experience coaching and managing a team. We are looking for someone from the fashion / jewelry industry with a creative and entrepreneurial mindset. Candidates considered for this role should also have:

  • 5-7 years relevant marketing experience
  • Well versed on current and up & coming fashion trends
  • Skilled in conducting market research and analyzing trends
  • Critical thinking
  • Experienced in developing, planning and executing events for consumers to drive sell thru
  • Budget management skills
  • Proficient in developing creative pitch presentations via powerpoint
  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Bachelor’s Degree
