During this 6-month traineeship, you become part of the Global Sales Operations & Strategy team. Among other topics, the team drives the Global CRM and Marketing Automation roadmap, leverages the usage of those systems and is responsible for the company’s Sales processes. In this role, your tasks will include:

  • Coordinating first and second level support for CRM operations on a global scale
  • Analyzing reports to contribute to strategy, marketing and sales topics
  • Supporting the process design and development of new requirements
  • Onboarding new CRM users and continuously developing training materials
  • Running reports and analyses from CRM and other Business Intelligence tools
  • Supporting the CRM team in daily business tasks


You are a motivated talent who is eager to learn and develop. You are also a good team player with excellent English communication skills. Furthermore, you bring the following background:

  • Master’s Program Graduate in a business- or IT-related field, preferably with interest in marketing and/or sales topics
  • Strong IT affinity, process thinking & advanced Excel skills
  • Hands-on mentality and you love approaching problems from an analytical point of view
  • Fluent German skills would be an advantage

Due to legal reasons, we advise that the collectively agreed base annual salary for this position is at least € 32.546, - gross.
