Sales Operations Expert (Temporary 8 Months)


In this role you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in process and operational Swarovski Sales topics within Italy & Iberica. You will act as the gatekeeper for activities and communication from all functions impacting Sales and you will be further responsible in helping to free time of the sales team by taking care of project, administrative and coordination topics.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Administer SR stock and sales operational topics and support Warehousing, Custom, Logistics.
  • Plan, coordinate and communicate annual stocktakes and regular cyclecounts to all key stakeholders. Review, investigate and propose actions to drive inventory accuracy and prevent losses
  • Organize family sales
  • Track and publish results of compliance of Company policy and local legal legislation. Collate and share best practice across all sales channels
  • Act as the gatekeeper for 1-to-many activities and communication from all functions impacting the sales team
  • Lead Local and support Global sales focused projects, process and system improvements, e.g. Click & Collect, X-Mas 360 program, Retail Operations Model rollout, etc.
  • Lead new store opening, relocation and refurbishment projects for all channels – from SEP approval through to opening – as well as closures. Coordinate all stakeholders to ensure on time store (re-)opening or closure
  • Key User of communication systems e.g. CoCo & SIA.
  • Responsible for 1-to-many communications for all Sales channels and as part of Content & Community management; coordinate, create, publish and maintain all Central & Local content on communications platform/s e.g. CoCo / SIA
  • Coordinate the mapping and maintenance of all local processes, ensuring consistency as well as gatekeeping and version control


We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a fashion customer and commercial focused retail environment or minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar sales operations’ role in a Consumer Goods Business
  • Experience in a store management role is a plus
  • Advanced verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Strong customer service focus and relationship building skills
  • Proactive problem solver with ability to manage change effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Local language and fluency in English and Spanish
  • Fluency with Excel, SAP know-how is a plus
