Training and Service Quality Specialist

An attractive work place in the Global Business Services (GBS) hub of Swarovski, based in Gdansk, Poland. The GBS organization delivers high quality multi-functional services, provides expertise and ensures a continuous improvement of the process portfolio. We are looking for a Training and Service Quality Specialist who will deliver exceptional, seamless consumer (B2C) and customer (B2B) service training and to monitor and continuously improve service quality of Consumer Service Specialists.


In this position, your main duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Maximizing Consumer Service department effectiveness by determining and solving representatives’ training needs
  • Providing multiple training events to enable the Consumer Service specialists to deliver exceptional service to consumers and customers
  • Enhancing the competencies of individual employees by supporting and implementing the global training programs to boost performance of employees in accordance with Swarovski’s core values and behaviours. 
  • Performing cost-benefit analysis and calculating training ROI
  • Enabling Consumer Service specialists to deliver exceptional service quality
  • Performing training needs assessments, delivering curriculum and learning materials and managing all phases of training interventions. 


A motivated and detail-oriented talent, who brings along the following skillset:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a Consumer Goods Business
  • Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and to calculate training ROI
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills
  • Work experience in a virtual, multinational set-up
  • Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Coaching and training experience
  • Highly professional English with elaborate way to express things in a simple way
  • Knowledge of eCommerce business would be an asset
