As you will be part a global team, directly responsible for sales in region. In this role, you will:
Constantly strengthen our business relationship with existing brands and build business with new B2B customers in the jewelry industry.
Develop and sell out of the box solutions tailored to customer needs, at competitive conditions to drive business growth in a highly competitive market.
Fully understand the customer business and collaborate with colleagues (e.g. from Product Management/Development, Trend, Supply Chain) to successfully develop the right product solution.
Review orders with our B2B customers, discuss and solve specific problems, and ensure timely results.
Continuously fill your customer pipeline, submit accurate forecasts and work on account development plans.
Achieve the sales goal and ensure the GB ingredient brand implementation Focus on 5-10 key accounts in various sales channels and segments, such as jewellery Conduct and present regular sales reports, development status and next steps Identify and develop potential segments and territories Collect and follow up stone orders, handle customer complaints and inquiries Collaborate with internal colleagues or functions to develop, offer and implement 360 degree services to business partners and key accounts, especially for decision makers. Support team leader to analyze market structure and competitor movement in key target segments; make business model and solution as appropriate Implement global GB segment and product strategy in local market
