WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As Head of Supply Chain Account Management, you play a vital role in the Swarovski Supply Chain. You will directly manage a team of 14 who are collectively responsible for managing order fulfillment for Swarovski Professional Globally.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
- Provide active leadership and drive development of team members.
- Pro-active improvement of Supply Chain Distribution Processes and Organisation focusing on SCM wide collaboration
- Pro-actively plan customized packaging within the production network and resource-usages for SCM Operations
- On time in full order fulfillment according to customer expectations
- Drive correct order prioritization by solid Customer Supply Chain Account Management
WHAT WE EXPECT
As Head of Supply Chain Account Management, you will be a strong leader, with excellent communication skills. Besides a strong business acumen, stakeholder management abilities and an expertise in a customer-centric and KPI driven environment you will also bring:
- BA or MA degree in business administration, economics, supply chain or similar
- 3+ years’ experience managing teams directly and/or extensive project management background
- Experience working within a global business
- Excellent English & German language skills
