Client Service Executive - Store Specialist

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
In this role you are responsible for ensuring that we keep our consumer and customer experience at the heart of everything that we do. You will support in the management of business operations so that service objectives can be met within the UK, Ireland & Nordics cluster. This includes solving operational issues, managing systems and databases, and gathering and transmitting feedback.
Your main tasks will include:
• Providing first line operational support to all POPs.
• Supporting the ordering process for wholesale accounts including new season ordering.
•.3rd Party contract management.
• Account Invoicing, Credits and Debits.
• Key User for business systems such as EPOS / SAP / B2B.
• Ensuring Data accuracy and GDPR compliance.
• Supporting logistics process.
• Generating reports and providing feedback on operational topics.
WHAT WE EXPECT
You hold a commercial degree (preferable).
As a motivated Customer Service professional, you bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar, customer facing administrative role.
You will possess excellent relationship building skills and can demonstrate a proven ability of managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
You are a good team player with great verbal and written communication skills and a results-driven approach towards problem solving.
Furthermore, you have excellent organizational and analytical skills, and can manage change effectively.
You have excellent command of Excel, and knowledge of SAP or similar business platform.
