District Manager – East Anglia

Manage the retail network of a geographical area. Ensure all commercial guidelines are implemented and resources are correctly allocated in order to maximize sales. Five to seven years of experience and specific knowledge in the Retail area required.


In this role you are responsible for driving the profitability of the POPs within their District with the aim of meeting and exceeding sales targets and controlling operational expenses.

Your main tasks will include:

• Managing sustainable sales performance within their District and ensures targets are met

• Updating, maintaining and implementing processes/guidelines and providing feedback to global teams

• Implementing the annual plans of the stores while ensuring the tactical and fiscal integrity

• Creating a culture of service in all stores

• Securing good communication flow with the Global S&CI team and key stakeholders across the organisation

• Creating and implements operational plans to deliver seasonal brand and product training

• Ensuring excellent and consistent consumer experience across all touch points, based on central guidelines

• Providing feedback loops and reviews on own and partner stores as requested by the Account Manager and follows up on any actions defined

• Actively monitoring customer satisfaction and feedback systems to drive continuous service improvement


As a motivated professional with strong customer service focus and effective negotiation skills, you bring at least 18 months of field-based work experience in a fashion customer and commercial focused retail environment along with minimum 3 years’ experience in a store management role.

You are a good team player with great communication skills and a results-driven approach towards problem solving.

Furthermore, you have excellent stakeholder management skills and a solid understanding of Sales, Marketing, HR, Merchandising on retail store level. You must also be willing to travel in the assigned area up to 100% of the time.
