Key Account Manager
New York, USA
In Sales, Creativity is Key
"The best thing about my job is I get to be creative. Not one day is the same, it's different every single day." Julianne works with manufacturers or designers that are incorporating the crystal into their costumes and making beautiful pieces. "It's very rewarding seeing the costumes on an international stage, it looks like the crystals are on fire and it's amazing. It's important to keep Swarovski being innovative and a leader in that industry. The best thing about my job is I get to be creative. You are looking for a solution."
Corporate Gifts Manager
My Hidden Talents Were Recognized
When we first invited Andrea to join our Milan office he was a little nervous that it might be too far outside his comfort zone. But we spotted something special about him: a natural charm, a talent for communication, and an ability to connect. It was at the Swarovski Sales Academy that we noticed these qualities; its focus is on teaching a modern and dynamic consultancy technique—one that values the customer—rather than the old-fashioned approach to sales. Andrea was the perfect fit. Currently Corporate Gifts Manager for Italy, he’s thriving in a workplace that he describes as “fresh, young, modern and glamorous.“

Working for Swarovski Has Been a Super Exciting Journey
It’s been a “super-exciting journey” for Nina. Five years ago, she moved to Hong Kong to take charge of business development in Greater China. It proved to be a challenging portfolio. “I’m this little girl from the Austrian Tyrol, then I suddenly got moved to Hong Kong where everything was totally different—culture, work practices, lifestyle!” But we gave her the support she needed, and it proved to be an invaluable life experience. Nina believes that what empowered her is having the right mindset: “Anyone can learn about the products, but being open, passionate, motivated, and willing to grow will take you far.”
Two Cities that I Call Home
For Nando, alternating between two vibrant cities - London and Barcelona - is one of the best parts of his job: “Our London office is the coolest ever, and my workplace is seriously the most sparkling environment you can possibly imagine. When I’m in our Barcelona office, I can go to the beach in my lunch break!” It helps re-energize him for his role devising marketing strategies for fashion, interiors and lighting in UK, Scandinavia and Benelux. He feels lucky to have been part of Swarovski’s global talent program, which introduced him to its core management team. He learned that working for Swarovski is about more than its products - it’s about what he can bring as a person and becoming a great consultant.

Juggling Fashion and Family Expertly
Zoe is a Sales Manager for Swarovski Professional. A busy mother of two, she’s based in an office in one of Malaysia’s upscale malls and admits that she couldn’t juggle it all if she didn’t wake up every morning fired up with passion about her career. “Every catwalk, every event or launch, I have tears in my eyes… amazing!” What she loves about her role is that it not only allows her to work with her business customers on product development, but she learns about their businesses too - “it’s a platform for learning, it opens up your mind.”
San Paolo, Brazil
Inspired by a Creative Environment
As a Marketing Manager for Swarovski Professional who is based in São Paolo and responsible for Central and South America, Ana gets to work with a broad variety of industries: “One day you’re working with a lingerie company, the next with beauty, jewelry, or even electronics. There’s such a broad range of possibilities and opportunities, and it’s both challenging and very satisfying to come up with solutions to suit clients’ needs.” She finds it inspiring and exciting to meet so many people from different parts of the world, and she loves exchanging ideas, brainstorming creative solutions, and sharing success cases and projects.
The World is My Workplace
Frankfurt-born Diana is a Market Manager responsible for Central and Eastern Europe and Israel, who refers to her workplace as “everywhere.” For Diana, it’s important to think globally in order to succeed at a regional level. She should know, because she spends life on the love between countries developing marketing, PR and communication strategies, as well as planning events with her business customers from a variety of industries. (Note: her favorite city is Tel Aviv, because of its “super-cool vibe.”) “I see so many different places and meet so many interesting people,” she says. “Every day is inspiring!”
Sales Powered by Storytelling
"Thinking outside the box? I’d phrase it differently: there’s no box at all!” says Yuliana, Swarovski’s Account Manager, responsible for B2B clients and new business development in her native Russia. With no client base at all, armed only with a price list and a firm belief in the power of storytelling to power up her catalog, she has developed a successful Swarovski Corporate Gifts business from scratch. For Yuliana, it’s all about being creative, exploring new directions, learning from failure, and continually finding creative ways to chase a goal.
