We are committed to meeting these challenges with responsibility, imagination, passion, and vigor and seek to align ourselves with global corporate action.
United nations global compact
As a participant in the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) initiative, we are committed to aligning our operations and strategies with 10 universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption.
women's empowerment principles
To underline our commitment to women’s empowerment in the workplace, marketplace and the community, our Executive Board has pledged support for the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs).
The WEPs help guide corporate action on gender equality, respect and support for basic human rights, nondiscrimination, and to ensure health, wellbeing and safety of all employees. In this way the WEPs complement our commitment to inclusion and diversity in all areas.
We have adopted a Supplier Code of Conduct aligned with the UNGC’s Principles for human rights, labor and the environment, that outlines expectations for its suppliers, contractors, and other subcontractors to be followed in order to conduct business with Swarovski.
Swarovski expects suppliers to fully obey all national laws and regulations applicable in the country and other governmental authorities of any country in which they do business, and to treat the workforce fairly and with respect.
